I studied Design at Curtin University, formerly WAIT, and commenced my working life as a self-employed photographer and graphic designer. I moved into the advertising industry and worked for many years in advertising as a Graphic Artist and Studio Manager. I am now able to commit full time to my art practice with studio and gallery space in Banister Street Fremantle.
Primarily working with acrylics on stretched canvases, I am developing techniques to represent the motion of a breaking wave and strong sea breezes, combined with the solid infrastructure of suburbia. Whilst I am working on a series of coastal acrylic canvases, I have also created a number of pen drawings of both local and overseas places which I am offering as Archival quality limited edition prints.
I have recently completed a series of artworks in both acrylics and pen featuring the Fremantle Traffic Bridge. Original artwork and prints are available from my Bannister Street studio.
